What are the time requirements?

Expect about 5 hours per week of time investment for 8 weeks:

• 2 hour zoom calls on Sunday

• 2 hours on weekly growth project

• 20 minutes on daily journaling

You get out what you put in.

Responsibility of the Participant

• Show up prepared & on time.

• Thoughtfully listen and ask questions.

• Be honest & be ready to be vulnerable.

Journey Vitae runs on 'pay what you can' donations.

We have an international community that spans many vastly different currency values and so whether you make a wage in Rwanda or on Wall Street your investment in your Journey of Self is inherent to you.
